MAZDA MIATA NC V8 ENGINE SWAP

Replacing the drivetrain of a 2008 Mazda MX-5 with a Chevy LS3 and all the bits and pieces

There are many videos and comments on a V8 engine swap for earlier generations of Mazda Miata’s. I found very little on the specifics on a swap for the NC  model.

SHARING THE JOURNEY

The concept of putting American muscle in a British sports car exists in such collectables as the Sunbeam Tiger and AC Cobra. Today however, finding a modern day Roadster to continue the tradition fell to my choice of using the Mazda Miata. There is a lot of information on Miata engine swaps for the earlier versions of the car.
